My hair is a trip, y'all. I had a few crinkles but those things dropped within minutes of walking outside. Thank you humid behind, Florida!
I suppose I need to do smaller braids to get smaller crinkles. I'll try this again another day. Until then, I'll stick to the good ole' perm rod rollers. They haven't failed me yet. Another post on those coming up!

Hmmm. Was you hair damp or wet at all? In the previous post it looks like it was completely dry. Maybe a little wetness would make the crinkle stick...
I think the demo from Nubian Kinks used only 3 locks per braid too. And yes, a lil moisture. And maybe overnight if not sitting under a dryer?
I always wash my hair, retwist lightly and braid up 3 or so locs per plait, using my twist mix/gel for hold.Its important to keep them damp/moist while braiding too.
Zayna---> You know, I did do this on wet hair. It wasn't soaking. I sprayed the locs with the water so they were wet....maybe not wet enough. Hmm....

Loc'tor---> I'm going to try your method next time. I'm so lazy. I did more than 3 braids just so I could be done quicker. LOL!
It may take longer my my stylist just braids three locs at a time. Hope that helps.
