When I BCed a second time, I went through a serious androgynous phase. I would contour my cheeks to make them pop, rock super arched brows, heels. earrings and then throw on a tie. I'm not fashionista but you couldn't tell me I wasn't doin' it big!
But that teeny weeny afro...man. I so kinda miss that.
Random but am I the only one who gets so annoyed by people who say,
"I would go natural but my head is too big."?

Fierce! Love it! About that comment makes no sense to me, I rocked my TWA to the point when I told people I was growing at my hair they were like noooo and I have a big head lol!

I missed my hair so much that I took my locs down. I finished in March and now I want them back. I'm 80% sure I'm going to do comb coils tonight, based off of the March video you posted.
:::raising hand::: I'm one of those head is too big/forehead is too big people. I have a BIG forehead/high hairline whateva you want to call it...it's genetic LOL! I've ALWAYS worn bangs since I can remember. I never thought I could go natural because I wouldn't be able to wear bangs. I have braided my hair before but I was always so self conscience. If you don't have those issues you kind of don't know how it feels. I was teased relentlessly as a child. Anyway... I've been natural since 08 and loced since nov. 09...I just had to get over the forehead thing. I still think about it sometimes but hey...it's me. I may have a big forehead but there are people walkng around rockin no edges just fine...I can rock the big forehead thing LOL!
